Admissions process
- Candidate introduced in person by a responsible parent/guardian to the Principal.
- Age criteria for Std. I: completed five years by 15 June; original Birth Certificate required.
- First month fees + Term Fee + Entrance Fee in advance.
- Leaving Certificate required from recognised schools; out-of-state certificates counter-signed by the Education Officer.
- Out-of-India / unrecognised-school candidates: written test as required + original Birth Certificate.
Withdrawals
- One calendar month’s notice in writing is required before withdrawal; otherwise a fee may be charged. Those who leave in April must pay fees for May.
- Pupils who leave without notice, or whose names are struck off for unexplained absence of more than 10 days, may be re-admitted only as a rule after process.
- School fees are due as long as the pupil’s name remains on the Register — notify the office promptly when a student leaves.
- Leaving Certificate is refused until all dues are paid.
- Leaving Certificate application must be in writing by the parent/guardian in the prescribed form.
- Apply for Leaving Certificate promptly when discontinuing; fees apply for late or duplicate certificates as prescribed.
- No certificate is issued without a written application lodged at least three days before the required date.
